My Fitness Journey in Bangkok (2020)
Living in Bangkok since 2003 has shaped many parts of my life, and fitness became one of the most important areas of personal discipline for me. In 2020, I started paying more attention to my health, daily movement, food habits, and overall lifestyle. This post is a small memory from my fitness journey in Bangkok and how I tried to stay active, motivated, and consistent.
29th November 2020 / I Visited Bang Peng Tai Temple. It’s located in Ramkhamhaeng soi 187, Min Buri, Bangkok 10510, Thailand.
Canalside sister temple to Wat Bam Phen Nuea, with a nearby floating market on weekends.
14th November 2020 / On Diwali Day, I visited Phahurat road for shopping and lunch and then an evening prayer, and lightning, and celebrated Diwali in Bangkok, Thailand.
2nd November 2020 / On my birthday on the way back to Bangkok, we visited Grand Canyon in Chonburi, Thailand.

Deep abandoned mine containing an emerald-green lake, with a viewing area & casual cafe. This old stone and gravel quarry has stood disused and abandoned for many years and is estimated to be around 30 meters deep at its deepest point. At present the canyon is filled with water which changes according to the weather conditions; on sunny days it’s a shimmering emerald green and during the rainy season it’s almost black. The canyon is surrounded by white peaks which give the impression of snow-covered mountains.

1st November 2020 / The next day enjoyed breakfast, pool, walk-in Terminal 21, Pattaya, and had lunch. Then ready for my birthday eve party.
31st October 2020 / Visited Pattaya for 2 nights. The first night enjoys the Indian event at Ozo North Pattaya Hotel and the second night celebrated my birthday.

5-7th September 2020 / I spent 2 nights on Koh Chang Island. Koh Chang, part of the Mu Ko Chang National Park, is the largest and most popular of the islands in eastern Thailand.
4th September 2020 / I traveled to Koh Kood (Ko Kut) Island & Koh Change between 4-7 September 2020. Spent one night in Koh Kood and 2 nights on Koh Chang Island in Thailand
Despite being the fourth largest island in Thailand, Koh Kood has managed to remain an unspoiled slice of tropical heaven. Located in Trat Province, Koh Kood is the southernmost of the Koh Chang island chain. With gorgeous beaches and little other infrastructure, Koh Kood is a resort destination that caters to those looking for a quiet beach paradise, with soft sand, crystal clear water, and little else.
26th July 2020 / The last day & night of the trip I spent in Ranong City, Thailand. Ranong is the most northerly province on Thailand’s Andaman coast, located 568 kilometers from Bangkok.
