In April 2022, I had the pleasure of visiting Nang Ram Beach, a serene coastal gem located in Thailand’s Chon Buri Province. Ranked third among 58 beaches in the region, Nang Ram Beach is approximately 82.9 kilometers from Chon Buri city center.
2nd November 2020 / On my birthday on the way back to Bangkok, we visited Grand Canyon in Chonburi, Thailand.

Deep abandoned mine containing an emerald-green lake, with a viewing area & casual cafe. This old stone and gravel quarry has stood disused and abandoned for many years and is estimated to be around 30 meters deep at its deepest point. At present the canyon is filled with water which changes according to the weather conditions; on sunny days it’s a shimmering emerald green and during the rainy season it’s almost black. The canyon is surrounded by white peaks which give the impression of snow-covered mountains.
