25 May 2022 is a date we will always cherish. It was the day we officially registered our Thai marriage in Bangkok, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our lives together. While many people celebrate with a wedding ceremony, the legal marriage registration is what officially recognizes the union under Thai law. Marriage registration in Thailand is completed at a district office (Khet or Amphur) after the required legal documentation has been prepared.
