🚶 Walking
Daily steps became the base of everything—around 6,000 to 10,000 steps.
🏃 Running
Regular runs at parks like Chatuchak Park helped improve stamina and discipline.
💪 Exercise & Strength Training
2–3 times a week, I added simple strength workouts—nothing complicated, just consistency.
Completed 1440+ KM this year so far. Lost 3 KG in last 30 days in weight loss journey. Ready for new year parties, fun and food.
