The narrow lanes were lined with shops displaying a plethora of items—from traditional earthen diyas (oil lamps) to colorful rangoli powders. The air was filled with the aroma of incense and the sounds of shopkeepers inviting customers to explore their offerings. The vibrant atmosphere was a testament to the city’s deep-rooted traditions.

An unforgettable highlight was our visit to the Dehradun Night Market held on October 16, 2022, at Sriniwas Wedding Point. Starting at 7 pm, the venue was transformed into a lively market featuring numerous stalls offering a variety of goods—from handcrafted jewelry to delectable local snacks. The event was powered by popular brands like Cornitos and Fratelli Wines, adding a modern touch to the traditional shopping experience.
