My Birthday in Dehradun India was celebrated just one day after my cousin brother’s wedding. After all the wedding excitement and late-night functions, this day felt calm and refreshing. I spent the morning with family, enjoyed a relaxed birthday celebration at home, went out for coffee, and later ended the day with a nice dinner.
Attending a ring ceremony in Dehradun, on 31st October 2025 was full of joy, rituals, and family celebrations. This was my cousin brother’s ring ceremony, held just a day before the wedding. The entire day was spent at Rajpur Heights Hotel, enjoying Mehndi functions, ring exchange, dinner, music, and a lively cocktail party with family
My visit to Shakumbari Devi Temple Near Saharanpur was extra special because it happened on my marriage anniversary. After breakfast, we started our journey with my mother, who especially wanted to visit this temple. It became a meaningful start to our day before heading toward Dehradun.
My First 3 Days in Delhi India were simple, peaceful, and completely family-focused. I didn’t visit any tourist sights during this trip. Instead, I stayed at home, relaxed, enjoyed delicious homemade food, and spent quality time with my family. It felt refreshing and comforting — just the way every hometown visit should be.

In late October 2024, I had the pleasure of celebrating Diwali Festival 2024, the Festival of Lights, in Dehradun, India. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in the rich cultural traditions and festive spirit that define this auspicious occasion.
To kick off the festivities, I embarked on a scenic drive from Dehradun to Mussoorie, a popular hill station known for its breathtaking views and colonial charm. The journey through winding roads, surrounded by lush greenery and the Himalayan foothills, was a refreshing escape from the city’s hustle.
In October 2024, I had the opportunity to visit the Forest Research Institute (FRI) in Dehradun, India. Established in 1906, FRI is one of the country’s oldest and most prestigious institutions dedicated to forestry research and education.
The FRI campus spans over 500 hectares and is renowned for its Greco-Roman and Colonial architecture, particularly the main building completed in 1929. This architectural marvel stands as a testament to India’s rich colonial heritage and is a major tourist attraction in Dehradun.

My day began with a visit to the City Palace, a sprawling complex established in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The palace’s courtyards and intricate buildings, showcasing a blend of Rajput, Mughal, and European architectural styles, narrate tales of Jaipur’s regal past. The Chandra Mahal, a seven-story structure still inhabited by the royal family, and the Mubarak Mahal, now a textile museum, were particularly captivating.
