Sometimes, the busiest cities hide the calmest green spaces. On a sunny morning in Bangkok, I found myself wandering into Train Park in Bangkok — a peaceful patch of grass framed by old locomotives and calm pathways, right in the heart of the city’s Bang Sue area. The contrast between the urban sounds outside and the gentle rustle of leaves inside the park reminded me why simple places like this become favorite stops for families, joggers, and anyone seeking a break.

Train Park isn’t just about trains — it’s about taking a breath in Bangkok’s urban rhythm.

In the heart of Bangkok’s urban rhythm lies a calm spiritual retreat that many visitors overlook. On a quiet evening stroll near the city’s busy districts, I found Wat Hua Lamphong Temple — a serene Buddhist temple where the energy shifted instantly from honking traffic to gentle temple bells and peaceful prayer spaces. This temple isn’t just a religious site; it’s a moment of quiet in Bangkok’s nonstop pace, and one of my favorite places to slow down and observe how local daily life merges with spirituality.

13th July 2019 / Visited this place on weekends and have wonderful Chicken Biryani at Al Hussain Restaurant in Sukhumvit Soi 3, which is just 50 meters inside the street. This place is near BTS Nana.

Sukhumvit Soi 3 in Bangkok isn’t a flashy tourist hotspot — it’s one of those streets that feels authentically Bangkok: a mix of low-key bars, local eateries, night spots, and colours you don’t see in guidebooks. Just off Sukhumvit Road and close to the heart of the city, Sukhumvit Soi 3 makes a great quick explorative stop if you want to feel real Bangkok street life without the crowds.

Chocolate Ville Bangkok is one of the city’s most unique attractions, designed as a European-style village with restaurants, cafes, and a beautiful park. Visitors come here to enjoy delicious food, great photo opportunities, and a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Bangkok.

My Walking Story at Chocolate Ville Bangkok

I am going to describe one of my favorite restaurants named “Chocolate Ville” I used to visit this place very frequently, alone or with any of my friends. Bangkok is a foodie behemoth. Thousands of restaurants struggle for good reviews, making it difficult for locals plus tourists alike to decide where it is they want to ease their hunger in the city. If a unique dining experience is on the voyage bucket list, there is no better spot to visit than Chocolate Ville, a charming, outdoor eatery located in eastern Bangkok.
