Living in Bangkok gave me plenty of opportunities to build better habits—from regular walks and gym workouts to making healthier food choices and staying consistent. Walking is simple, sustainable, and one of the easiest ways to stay active while living in a busy city like Bangkok.
Did you follow a strict diet?
No. I focused on balanced eating, portion control, reducing sugar, and making healthier everyday choices instead of following extreme diets.
Can beginners follow a similar fitness routine?
Yes. The biggest lesson from my journey is that consistency matters more than intensity, making it suitable for beginners.
How did living in Bangkok support your fitness goals?
Bangkok offers parks, gyms, walkable areas, and healthy dining options that make it easier to maintain an active lifestyle.
What was the biggest challenge?
Maintaining motivation every day was challenging, but building a routine helped make exercise a regular habit.
