2023 became one of the most important years in my fitness journey. Living in Bangkok gave me the opportunity to build healthier habits through regular walking, exercise, better food choices, and a more active lifestyle. Why did I begin my fitness journey in Bangkok?

Living in Bangkok encouraged me to adopt healthier daily habits through walking, exercise, and better nutrition.

Was my goal only weight loss?

No. My focus was improving overall health, fitness, consistency, and long-term well-being.

What type of exercise did I do?

My routine included walking, gym workouts, strength training, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Did I follow a strict diet?

I focused on balanced eating, portion control, adequate protein, and reducing unhealthy foods rather than following an extreme diet.

Why is Bangkok a good city for fitness?

The city offers parks, walking paths, fitness centers, and many opportunities to stay active throughout the year.

How long did this journey take?

This page documents my progress throughout 2023.

What was the biggest lesson?

Consistency matters far more than perfection.

Can beginners follow a similar approach?

Yes. Starting with simple daily habits like walking and gradually increasing activity can make fitness more sustainable.
