Chapter 17 – Living My Dreams Again in Thailand (2015)

Post Views: 10,010

In 2015, I change my condo (room) in Bangkok, the apartment in which I shifted was just like the same one I wanted to have as it has the view of the swimming pool from my window. You can see the picture of my room in which still I am staying on my blog post of 2015. My travel business was working good and the travel project was growing.

Chapter 17 - Living My Dreams Again in Thailand (2015) 2

After that in November 2015, I visited Jaipur, Rajasthan to meet my team for the first time who was working for me, then I went to Dehradun to meet family members and celebrate the Diwali festival with them. Further, I went to Rishikesh, Mussoorie, and Rampur Mandi, Herbertpur in India. Wherein I plan Rishikesh & Rampur Mandi, Herbertpur trip along with my family and Mussoorie trip with my friend. I captured lots of pictures of all the memories one can see on my blog, everything was going well.

Chapter 17 - Living My Dreams Again in Thailand (2015) 3

The business was going growing step by step every year. Then 2016 started, I again went to Laos for the third time, and this time I went over there for enjoying my vacation for 2-3 days and by the end of 2016 December, I visit again to India and explore India Gate, Red Fort, Qutub Minar and Lotus Temple in Delhi. My life was going well, and I was enjoying every moment of my life. Like this 2016 gets over.

Now 2017 begins and I again decided to keep my traveling passion on, if short holidays are there then I will travel within Thailand and if long holidays are there then I will do an international tour. I traveled to many local places in 2017 such as 2 days trip to Kanchanaburi, Hua Hin, then I again went to Ban Chunsongsang Home Stay, Chiang Mai Zoo, Chiang Mai Mountains (Apr’17), and over there I explore many places along with Chiang Mai night market, do check my photos. On the other side business was also running well and whenever I get time, I just went out for traveling. Keep Walking in Chatuchak Park, Bangkok.

Check out Wat Thepleela temple Gallery as well.

Again, I went to Hua Hin, Koh Larn, Pattaya: Thailand (Sep’17), while Koh Larn is a small Thai island off the coast of Pattaya, in the Gulf of Thailand, it is known for its beaches. Again, in November 2017, I visit Delhi, Dehradun, & Roorkee as at the end of every year I went to India but this time I visited India to attend my younger sister’s marriage in Dehradun and spend a nice time with lots of laughs and love.

In December 2017, I went to Koh Samed Island: Thailand (Dec’17) and I celebrated my new year over there. One more thing I would like to tell you is that I visit Nepal in Dec 2017, one more country I added into my traveling this of an international tour. While in Nepal I went to Kathmandu and Pokhara places, in Kathmandu sightseeing places were Pashupati Nath Temple, Patan city, and the market, while Pokhara has the most beautiful hillside view one can enjoy. Captured amazing pictures of everything.

Now I have started visiting one to two countries in a year, my business was going on perfectly fine as many events were not happening in that, that’s the reason currently I not discussing much it. Currently, I am discussing my life, so in 2018, I went to Pattaya, Rayong to enjoy my holidays.

Again, I went to Pattaya: Nongnuch Pattaya Garden: Thailand (Feb’18) plus I went for 5days and 4 nights trip to Koh Samui island, Khao Sok National Park, and Koh Phangan in Thailand. Further, I would like to describe more it such as Khao Sok Silver Cliff Resort: Travelled to Surat Thai from Bangkok and then by taxi to our resort. We spend 2 nights in this beautiful and quiet resort.

On a secluded resort in tropical surroundings, these rustic bungalows are 3 km from the Ton Kloi Waterfall Trail and 17 km from Khlong Phanom National Park. The relaxed wood bungalows with woven ceilings feature balconies, fans, and mosquito nets. There’s no air-conditioning or TVs. In-room massage treatments are available. There’s a laid-back open-air restaurant. Tours are also available here.

And Khao Sok National Park is a nature reserve in southern Thailand containing dense virgin jungle, tower-like limestone karst formations, and the man-made Cheow Lan Lake. It’s home to rare species such as the giant parasitic Rafflesia flower, hornbill birds, gibbons, and tigers. The park can be explored by elephant-back safari, hiking trail, and raft, canoe, or kayak via the Sok river. I spend 2 nights, a good place to relax in the jungle. While it also includes trekking and hiking in National Park for which I had hired a guide for a day. After his trip, I visited Koh Samui and Koh Phangan  Island.

In May 2018 I was in Bangkok only, then with my Indian friends who were staying with me in Bangkok planned to go Bhutan along with their family, it was a 5 days trip in June 2018, we all went to Punakha, Paro, and Thimphu. While the view of mountains and landscapes was amazing. Drive to Thimphu, the small and charming capital city of Bhutan. The journey would take us one hour. Distance: 54 km & estimated driving time: 1 hour.

On the way, visit Tachog Lhakhang (temple), this 14th-century temple located on the base of a mountain across the Pa chu on the Paro-Thimphu highway, is a must-visit temple in the Paro valley. Built by the great master architect Thangtong Gyalpo, the temple houses some unique statues. To get to the temple one may walk over the iron chains that span over the Paro Chu (River).

After crossing Chunzom which is a confluence of the Paro and Thimphu rivers, the drive will take you along the Wangchu (Thimphu River) to Thimphu valley. On this trip, we visited Punakha & Tiger Nest as well.

In July 2018, I had a 2 days trip to Kanchanaburi in Thailand, and then after in August 2018, I explore one more new country name Myanmar which is also known as Burma, I went to explore three cities over there name: Yangon, Thanlyin, and Golden Rock Pagoda.

Sharing some more pictures around Bangkok in the year 2018

In Nov ’18 I went to my birthplace at Saharanpur in India, I was visiting over there after 20 years one can say, there was someone marriage but I personally want to visit my home town, so I went for 15days over there including Dehradun. In order to celebrate my new year, I went to visit another country name Bali and it was a 3 days trip in 2019, as I like to celebrate my new year in a different country.

Luckily, I got one more project in 2018 and I got an opportunity to visit Sri Lanka, I took my cousin along with me and explore the places name Colombo, Negombo, Chilaw, Kandy & Nuwara Eliya. This project was of UNESCO and my business was going well. Before the new year, I visited Pattaya again for a business trip. In 2019, after being done with my Bali Day 1, Bali Day 2 & Bali Day 3 trip.

I got an opportunity to visit Hong Kong in Feb’19 and locally I keep on traveling. Then in April’19, I attend my cousin’s sister’s marriage at Jodhpur in India, this time I plan to visit Jaipur to meet my team and then after to attend the marriage, then Mount Abu, Kumbhalgarh, and Udaipur during Songkran holidays in Thailand. Now, in 2019 my sister visits over here in Thailand for some work purpose so I spend a good time with her, while in the same year my younger sister also visited along with her husband, again got a good time to spend with family.

Then till Sep ’19, I was in Thailand and after that, I started making videos and decided to do the same whenever I went traveling. In Oct ’19 I visited Ayutthaya city temples in Thailand and explore many places over there you can see it on my blog, while I spend my new year in Dalat in Vietnam.

All the places which I traveled were amazing and had their own uniqueness, while till now I had traveled to almost 14 different countries and approximately 65 destinations I had covered and my travel project is with 100 plus countries included in it and I always try to fulfill my small dreams in one or the other way, so this was my life journey till 2020.

The further story I may start in the future later. Keep loving it and stay tuned to my blog, do check my videos and travel pictures related to different places. Thank you!

Chapter 16 – Started My Business in Bangkok, Thailand (2012)

Post Views: 10,010

Moving ahead, as I said in my previous story that it has been 3 years I was working from home, on my traveling project but I wasn’t getting much success in it and if things were going like this, so sooner my bank balance will get empty. While I was not interested to do any job work.

The only option I can see is to start my own business, as my company was registered but I was not doing any business. In 2012, I decided that I am going to devote myself to building my own business with full dedication. So firstly, I was not getting any feel or challenge that I am starting a business as the place where I was staying was consist of one room, where on the table one computer was there and nothing else.

The first challenge was that from where I will get business, the second was I need a place and team to set any business, while I don’t have any background of any project. First, I plan to have a house consist of two rooms, wherein one room will be for my work and the second one for my stay so that I can get the feeling of an office environment which was essential for that time.

Chapter 16 - Started My Business in Bangkok, Thailand (2012) 5

In Jaipur, India

At the place where I was staying, two-room apartments were available by giving 2 to 3 thousand more Thai Baht. it was okay for me as I just want such a kind of house where I can start my business by keeping some chairs, tables, computers, etc. I can work with full focus. I change my apartment and build my office room as well, now was thinking of where to bring business.

I build one website name MVM Infotech, then collect all the data from the visiting cards and Emails communication was there with me during my past working time. I started sending everyone Emails by mentioning details about my business along with its website name. all-around four to five hundred people’s data I had with me. In return I got few people to reply that some want to build their website, some want to host, domain, etc when inquiries use to come, I went to meet such clients in order to get some business.

I have one friend in India with whom I had a deal that if I get any project, I will ask him to do it for me. Like this, I started getting small projects and I was getting my confidence back in my life in 2012, that I can do business plus I can survive too. I work hard in 2012 in my business. Every morning I use to sit in front of my computer and check or connect with LinkedIn, send Emails, and directory, my focus was to connect with the Indian people staying in Bangkok and Thailand.

Chapter 16 - Started My Business in Bangkok, Thailand (2012) 6

Few clients use to provide me an appointment and to enquire about my business, etc. so previously I was doing one traveling business that I closed. In 2012, I went to Vietnam in the hope that few meetings and my known people will help me out in getting business and I can do some marketing over there. But it didn’t work out for me, I realized that I should focus on my Bangkok customers, and suddenly in between all this I got the news that my father was no more, which was shocking for me and this happens in Delhi.

I visited India and because of this incident I must travel two to three times, it was sad and tough for me to handle but somehow, I overcome it. My 2012 end with the confidence of having the capability of running a business. In 2013, I work hard for my business and gain more profit and projects than I had in 2012, it makes gain more confidence and in the last two years, I was fully devoted to my business only. I was able to incur all my expenses and to take a salary plus saving, it makes me work even harder. I started one dream project of mine in 2013 named “Exploring Tourism” and started my closed projects with concepts at the end of 2013 (December).

Chapter 16 - Started My Business in Bangkok, Thailand (2012) 7

The year 2011, during a flood in Bangkok

In 2014, I make sure that my business grows more and exactly that happens, while first time my mother visited Thailand and spend good time with her as from the time I started living in Thailand it was 10years, she visited the first time and I make sure she enjoy over here. While I focus on my travel project by increasing networks in 113 countries (current one) while in the initial time it was 10 or 12 networks, in 2014 I was not generating any income from my travel project, I was just working on it.

I thought that my main business was working good so if my travel project was my dream project, if it failed down then also not to worry, at least I give it a chance. Then in April 2014, I got a project from Laos and the client ask me to visit over there, so I went there for a meeting and I also visited Phuket to meet the client. One personal situation happens in my life which I cannot describe over here but I can say that it changes me a lot.

At that time I was working on my travel business, so my partner at Honk Kong invite me to visit his place, while all expenses will be bear by him from tour till living and everything, so I got that opportunity also to explore one more country. After that I must visit china as well, so I went over there also, and I can see that my travel business was also growing. Do check my post and pictures on my blog.

Then in September my sister visited over here and that was also a good time spend with her, while after that my younger sister visit Thailand and with her I travel lots of places in Thailand including Phuket, Koh Yao Yai To Aonang, Krabi: Thailand. I traveled to many places in October 2014, along with my sister, which was an awesome time for me. Like these 3 years of being a businessman gets over and my 2014 also get over wherein my mother, sisters, and few cousins also visit over here. All over I did much better growth of business in 2014. Thank you!

The only reason to get a visa and work permit was to stay in Thailand. Chapter 12 – How Did I Plan My First International Solo Trip (2003)

Post Views: 10,014

Finally, Leaving India? OR Just for Travel? Actually, It was for Solo Trip.

Moving further ahead with my story, as I said in my previous chapter I had fixed my mind to go to Thailand only, and before the end of 2002 I finally started planning to go to Thailand. So the person whom I trust I started talking to them. There was an uncle of mine who was close to me and currently lives in Dehradun, he already had a trip to Thailand, so I went away to ask him about the atmosphere, work availability, etc., just to gain some confidence, as I was getting nervous to travel alone to Thailand.

How Did I Plan My First International Solo Trip?

At that time yahoo chatting was in trend, and use to have rooms, so until and unless the opponent doesn’t accept your request, one cannot do the chatting. I also started chatting in the Thailand room and at that time people use to be friendly and become genuine buddies with whom one can daily chat. Every day in the evening I use to go to the cafe to do chatting for a couple of hours in Dehradun.

Chapter 10 – My USA Dreams Were Shattered in Bangalore City : India (2001)

Post Views: 10,013

My USA dreams were shattered in Bangalore in 2001. The course I was taking before studying was a fraud, they locked the company and run away from that place.

Now my Bangalore journey was above to start after Kanpur. As I mentioned in my previous chapter that my contract got over and have to leave the job, so whatever amount I have saved (approx. 80000 INR) I went to Bangalore with that in search of a new job, which was an IT hub. For once, I had already visited Bangalore so I know how the place was, this was a time to find a job. I reached Bangalore and was staying at my friend’s brother’s place.

My Job Search Experience In Bangalore

For the first time, I realized how exactly one stays with students and felt that stuff because I never lived a hostel life and always lived with my family only. It was a totally different experience for me living with students as the way they use to talk, eat, hang out, etc. kind of stress-free life. I was the elder one amongst them as they all were studying. Three to four students were staying together so I thought that I will stay for a month till I got my job, then I will move to some other place once I get the job. The way I had started my life in Kanpur, in the same way, I will do my fresh start in Bangalore. Every morning I use to prepare breakfast for everyone as I was living there without rent so this much I can do for them. After that, I get fresh and up and went in search of a job as I use to have certain companies address with me

Chapter 9 – One Year Job Assignment in Kanpur & Mirzapur City : India (2000-2001)

Post Views: 10,008

After a couple of weeks, I received his mail saying that by train come to Mirzapur and rest we’ll talk over here, so I ask about staying, and he said not to worry about it, everything will be done.

My Life Experience in Kanpur & Mirzapur

I just took my suitcase and purchase the ticket to Delhi via Mirzapur by train without giving thought and was thinking that there will be someone who was going to pick me up from the station, so there was a driver me, I feel good by seeing him and the driver straight-way drop me at the hotel by saying that he will come back to pick me up for office at 9 am. Mirzapur seems like a small village kind of place and I went with him to the office, the office was huge enough with many employees. The driver said to go and talk with the boss, I said ok but was very nervous from within, as was not good at speaking English at that time.

Chapter 8 – I Was Trying Hard : Dehradun, India (2000)

Post Views: 10,010

Now, I am moving ahead with my autobiography, as I previously said that in the year 2000, I don’t have a job and was looking for it. My struggling period was going on again, lots of stuff was happening in my life along with my studies. I have degrees but no job in my hands, during that phase of my life, a thought came into my mind that I should go out of India, I had this thought in my mind since I was pursuing a computer course.

I Was Trying Hard To Find New Job

I don’t have much confidence at that time and there was no passport, and my education was also not completed. I hold no certification, I was unable to speak English nor even hold any corporate base experience letter. So in short thinking about all this, I use to think that I won’t be able to go out of the country and the second thing was that from within I had a feeling that I don’t want to go out of India. Many people use to advise me that I should go to Delhi, Mumbai, etc. place to get a good job and there was nothing in Dehradun, as at that time I use to stay in Dehradun. I don’t know why I never get attracted to Delhi and Mumbai, all I use to think was I will stay at Dehradun or will go out of Dehradun but not Delhi/Mumbai.
